I’ve forgotten my password. What now?

When logging in, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to choose a new password; the link is valid for 1 hour and works once.

You see the same message whether or not there’s an account for that address: that way nobody can find out who has an account.

Once you’ve set a new password, you’re logged out on all other devices and any show still running stops. You’ll get an email saying your password has been changed.

No email? Check your spam folder and request a new link after a few minutes (up to three per hour).
