Creating an account, confirming your email, logging in, resetting your password and deleting your account.
- How do I create an account?
Click "Free account", enter your email address, a nickname and a password of at least 8 characters, and confirm that you are 18+ and accept the terms. You’re then logged in straight away.
- How do I get the free welcome credits?
Confirm your email address using the link in the welcome email. As soon as you do, the free credits are added to your account. You’ll see how many when you sign up.
- I’ve forgotten my password. What now?
When logging in, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to choose a new password; the link is valid for 1 hour and works once.
- How do I log out on all devices?
Go to My account and choose "Log out on all devices". All login sessions end immediately, including a show running on another device.
- Can I change my email address or nickname?
You can’t change your email address or nickname yourself at the moment. You can change your password with "Forgot password?" when logging in.
- How do I delete my account?
Go to My account → Your details, choose "Delete account" and confirm with your password. Your account is deleted immediately and any remaining credits are lost.
