Do I get my credits back if something goes wrong?

If a show fails to start or a tip doesn’t go through, we return the credits automatically. If something else isn’t right, email us as soon as possible.

We refund a package you haven’t used any of on request. Tips are not refunded. The exact rules are in the terms and conditions.

When you complain, include your nickname, the model and the date and time.
