What to do if the stream won’t start, your connection drops or you have no sound.
- The stream won’t start. What can I do?
Check that the model is still online and try again after a few seconds. If the show fails to start, you don’t pay anything: the credits are returned.
- What happens if my connection drops?
We automatically reconnect you to the same chat. If that doesn’t work within 30 seconds, the chat stops and you aren’t charged anything more.
- I can’t hear any sound. How do I turn it on?
Tap the sound button in the chat. Some browsers start a video without sound at first; one tap turns the sound on.
- Is the website available in my language?
The website is available in Dutch, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Japanese; choose your language in the language menu at the top or bottom of the page. Your browser’s translation feature works too, including in the live chat.
