The stream won’t start. What can I do?

Check that the model is still online and try again after a few seconds. If the show fails to start, you don’t pay anything: the credits are returned.

If you see "Couldn’t connect" or "The video couldn’t be loaded", check your internet connection and open the chat again.

Use an up-to-date version of your browser, and close any other windows you’re already watching in.
